Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Oddbits LLC ("oddbits", "we") makes apps and runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to oddbits.ai and to every app we publish, unless an app's own section below says otherwise.
The short version
- We collect only what an app needs to work.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- This website uses Google Analytics to count visits, with advertising features turned off.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
This website
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit oddbits.ai and which pages they view. It collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, the site that referred you, and your approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses, and we've turned off its advertising and cross-device features.
Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell new visits from returning ones. Inside those regions, it runs without analytics cookies. To opt out everywhere, use Google's opt-out browser add-on. Read how Google uses this data.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to help you. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Our apps
What we collect
Depending on the app, this may include:
- Content you provide, such as text, images or audio you ask an app to work with.
- Account details, such as your email address, if an app has accounts.
- Purchase status, such as whether you have an active subscription. The app store (Apple or Google) or our payment processor handles payments, so we never see your full card details.
- Diagnostics, such as crash reports and basic usage data, so we can fix bugs and improve the app.
How we use it
We use this information to provide each app's features, keep it working and secure, respond to you, and improve it. We don't use it to build advertising profiles.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the content you submit is sent to an AI model provider to generate a result. We send only what the feature needs, and we use providers whose terms don't allow them to train their models on that content.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run our apps, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, crash reporting, and app stores and payment processors for purchases. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our apps, or as long as the law requires. To access, correct or delete your data, use the delete option in the app if it has one, or email hello@oddbits.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We honor these requests for everyone.
Children
Our apps aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure.
App details
None of our apps are available yet. When an app launches, its specific data practices will be listed here and in its store listing (the App Store privacy label or the Google Play data safety section).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also let you know in the affected apps.
